Villa Verano offers three modern, spacious apartments and one studio, designed to accommodate 4 to 8 guests. Each unit features private entrances, large balconies, and full amenities, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay by the sea.

Each apartment at Villa Verano includes air conditioning, washing machine, free Wi-Fi access, SMART TV screen with satellite channels, window nets, white linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen (included toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine), hot water, hairdryer, free toiletries and iron. Baby essentials are available upon request (baby cot/baby chair).

Located only 100 meters from the expansive Blue Flag beach and a short walk to the village center, guests can easily access supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The area is rich in cultural and historical sites, making it an ideal base for adventure (“Archeological museum of Amphipolis”, the “Ancient city of Philippi”, the “Ancient Stagira” and the “Alistrati’s cave”). Additionally, there is a public parking lot available nearby, as well as various sports facilities.
