The property is available from the 15th of May till the 30th of September. Reservations can be made by e-mail, phone or via the contact form of the website. At any case, the guest will receive an e-mail with all the extra details, the availability, the total reservation cost, as well as a bank account in which a deposit (30% of the total reservation) has to be paid so as the reservation to be valid. Prices may differ, depending on the season.

The total amount of the remaining balance of the reservation must be paid UPON ARRIVAL. If cancelled or modified up to 21 days of the date of arrival, deposit is not refunded but it is kept as a voucher for a future reservation. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no show, the deposit is non refundable. All Prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees.

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out time is until 10:30.
Late check-out and early check-in is possible only on request and depends on the availability.
Typical housekeeping service includes the cleaning of the apartment and the change of white linen every 3-5 days and only if the guests stay for more than 5 nights. Extra quantity of white linen as well as extra cleaning service, is offered on request.
Children under the age of 3 years can stay free of charge when using the existing beds. A baby cot and a baby chair for babies is available on request and free of charge. 
Accommodation of extra guests is not allowded without informing the management.
Smoking is not permitted inside the buliding
